Job Title: Machine Operator / Shop Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time (M-F, 8am-4pm) | Entry-Level
Location: Mukilteo, WA
Compensation: $20 - $25 / hour + Overtime Potential

Primary Responsibilities
- CNC Operation: Safely load, unload, and cycle CNC machinery
- Quality Assurance: Perform visual inspections and measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Parts Processing: Clean, deburr, count, and package components
- Shop Maintenance: Assist with basic machine upkeep (topping off coolant/oil reservoirs, clearing chips/material waste, maintaining a clean workspace)
- Final Assembly: Pack finished goods accurately and prepare them for shipment
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs regularly
- Strong mechanical aptitude, focus, and willingness to learn (prior shop experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person)
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
