Orders

No problem! Please call or email us as soon as possible and we will get it updated.

We are happy to make exchanges for incorrect orders. Please email us and we will send you our return/exchange form. Please fill out the form and include it with any returned parts.

For exchanges of in stock items, the typical turnaround is 1 day plus shipping time. 

If you need the new item urgently, please place a new order for the correct product. You may return the original order at a later date for a refund. We will refund all but the original shipping amount.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically when an order is placed. Please check your junk mail as our emails occasionally land there.

If you still don't have it, please send us an email with the first and last name on the order.

The website says 'Order Cancelled' after I clicked pay.

This typically means there was an issue with the credit card transaction. Please double check that your billing address matches the address associated with the credit card you are using and verify card information has been entered correctly.

If there are any additional issues or questions, please give us a call.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday though Friday (excluding most holidays). In stock items typically ship out the same day if ordered before 8 AM (USPS) or Noon (UPS).

Any items which show as out of stock, please feel free to contact us for a lead time estimate. If an item is out of stock and is ordered along with in stock items, shipment will be delayed for the entire order. Please place separate orders if you need the in stock items to ship immediately.

My tracking information is not updating.

It can take a day or two from label creation for tracking information to update.


FFL Questions

You do not need to enter the FFL's information during the online checkout process. Your order confirmation email will contain instructions for sending in your FFL information. 

If we do not have your FFL when the order is ready to ship, we will contact you.

Only complete bolt actions and rifles need to ship to an FFL.

Unfortunately we are not set up to do in-person transfers, but we can ship to any FFL you'd like!
